Inequitable systems, societal structures and living conditions for some are intolerable and heartbreaking to God and thus should be intolerable and heartbreaking to us.

Conducting robust assessments for organizations and communities that consist of the meaningful inclusion of all stakeholders resulting in relevant opportunities for community strengthening and capacity building.

Implement programs and processes with key community partners to facilitate sustainable measurable outcomes in communities.
Identify, train and empower local personnel to fill each necessary role that will sustain an organization’s programs and processes. It will be my daily goal to work myself out of a job.
